As you may know, Lion Gates is releasing several animated DTVs featuring Marvel characters (Ultimate avengers, Dr. Strange, Iron Man). So if they made A DD DTV, what would you want it to be about:
Personally I think a DD DTV should be a combo of Man Without Fear and DD: Yellow would be called DD: Origin. It could feature the Kingpin's rise to power, Matt defending Owl, the city's old chief crime boss, Matt's relationship with Elektra and perhaps Purple man as mind control rapist, as well featuring Jack Murdock's death at the hands of Fixer and Slade. It would be rated R of course, but it be funny to feature a cameo by Matador has a really pathetic loser rogue that DD takes out easily.
The story after DD defeats Slade and Fixer, is that the city's old top crime boss, the Owl, is being investigated by the IRS for fraud, because of evidence supplied by the city's up and comming top crime boss, Kingpin. Owl hires Nelson & Murdock to represent him, but also he has his men make an attempt on the Kingpin's life. DD saves Fisk's life. In response Fisk hires Elektra, Matt's old college flame who has become a professional assassin, to kill the Owl. DD is caught between his feelings for Karen and Elektra, as well as brewing gang war between Kingpin and Owl.
Now if there is enough time, a sub plot with Purple Man can be included, where Killgrave was a goon working at one of the Owl's drug labs, which is busted up by DD and Fisk's goons. During this Killgrave is exposed to a chemical mixture that leaves his skin purple and allows to control people's minds. He becomes obessed with Karen and uses his powers to control her. Again this subplot is not that important and since there is already a lot going on already, maybe it would be cut for time,I just added it in because of PM's apperance in Yellow and because I think PM is really good, sinister villain

I really want a roster of the
DD movie but that's so not going to happen

Daredevil? More faithful to the comics? Animated? Rated-R? *drool*
And then we could see a sequel of The Elektra Saga and/or Born Again (hopefully the latter).

You mean Bullseye, Elektra and Kingpin? The problem is I think a first DD DTV should be DD's origin (there have been great stories that tell the tale of DD's origin and it be a great way to introduce the character to everyone) and bullseye was not in either of the origin stories. Now Kingpin and Elektra were in the Man Without Fear origin, which is why they could be included. Now personally I like both Man Without Fear and DD: Yellow, so i would try to combine them to tell something of definitive DD origin, which is why some of the characters from DD: Yellow could be used, Owl, Purple Man and Karen Page. I would save Bullseye for a sequel.
Also why don't you think a DD DTV would happen? Is Dr. Strange really more popular then DD?

Heck you're right why Stephen is having a DTV and Matt not? I'm very happy of that answer guess we can have hope.
Well an Origin movie could be great you're right. But it's sad they forget completwely about the movie it's not bad at all if they used the money of Elektra for a sequel...mmm we'll never know.
These DTVs, thus far, seem to be focusing on characters Marvel has struggled to get onto the big screen. An Avengers movie would need a huge budget, and Iron Man and Dr. Strange have had difficultly getting onto the big screen.
We've already seen a Daredevil movie. We don't seem to be getting anywhere with a sequel (thank you Elektra) so hopefully, we'll see Daredevil get one of the 5 remaining DTVs.

Well according to all the buzz I heard at SHH, an live action Iron Man film is already well under way, Jon Favreau has been chosen as the director and he is constantly talking about his plans for iron man in press releases. If they can release an Iron Man dTV close to when an live action Iron Man film will be released, surely they can release a DD DTV, considering that the DD movie will likely not have a sequel anytime soon.

If a Daredevil DTV was done should they use as much as the movie cast as possible or branch out and use traditional animated voice actors? It is only a matter of time until we get Daredevil his own DTV right? Marvel is already scratching the bottom of the barrel with a Dr. Strange DTV.

That IS odd isn't it. I mean I love Dr. Strange (my introduction to his world thanks in full to SpidermanTAS) but shouldn't Daredevil get the spotlight first? He's like one of the main Marvel headliners, right? Almost like Marvel's Batman isn't he?
I don't know if I see a Daredevil ANIMATED DTV doing anything, though. I keep getting giddy kiddy fanboy over the thought, but since the mindless suits want to target kids for those, it would take huge talent to make it dark enough, but still make parents buy it (and kids buy it).

I think they should go with some traditional VAs, first they couldn't get most of the movie cast to do it (MCD being the exception) and a lot of people didn't like the movie, so maybe a DTV should distance itself from the film.

But MCD could make a good job (Not like in the CGI spidey I didn't like the episode) Do you want an afroamerican or caucasian Kingpin?

I always thought Roscoe Lee Browne did a better Kingpin voice than MCD. Personally I'm used to the white Kingpin from the comics, but I really wouldn't be bothered if Kingpin was black in the DTV.
