Now that Cars has been released in theaters, I think it's the perfect time to see what your favorite Pixar movie is.
Out of the seven that have been released, whar is your personal favorite Pixar movie?
My favorite is The Incredibles because I love the action sequences.

My so many choices and yet I can say this.. I like all of them save for Finding Nemo which I found as Kind of a Disappointment not because of the animation but rather more for the plot..
.. but as for the rest including Cars? I like them all.. they show what a first rate animation studio like Pixar can do.

The Incredibles. Best Pixar movie, hands-down. It shows what they can really do.
Finding Nemo was good, too, but it was nowhere near as impressive.
Monsters, Inc. was just OK.
The Toy Story films were fun, but they're dated.
A Bug's Life has to be my least favorite Pixar film.
And I haven't seen Cars yet.

Incredibles by an extreme landslide.
Great script, best Pixar animation yet, and it's one of the best (if not THE best) superhero movies ever made.

"The Incredibles" followed by "Monsters Inc."
Finding Nemo. I could never get tired of that one.
Beautiful animation--- and I just adore Dory.

"The Incredibles" by a long shot. Followed by "Finding Nemo" and the "Toy Story" Movies. "Monster's Inc" is my least favorite one and I have yet to see "Cars".

Incredibles > Monsters Inc > Finding Nemo > Toy Story 2 > Toy Story 1 > Bugs Life
(Haven't seen Cars, we Brits don't have it yet)
The Incredibles really is most likely to be the best film the studio ever makes, and they will really be hard pressed to top it.
Monsters Inc is the film I find the most charming, and I really love the style, characters and voices in it. This one is only 2nd by a very small ratio to me.
Nemo is a stunning looking film, and once again it's all about the quality of the characters, something that Pixar are experts at.
The Toy Story's are great but as others have said, they have been topped story and animation wise a few times now (but only by Pixar themselves, CGI wise. Shrek etc still don't come close.)
Bug's Life...I'm not sure what it is about this film but it feels like their weakest for some reason. Maybe it's the character designs, or the story. There's just something about it...but it's still a great flm none the less.

They're all good but I have to go far The Incredibles. ;)

Finding Nemo, the animation is beautiful, the story line is great and I love Dory, she reminds me of me sometimes. :anime:

TOY STORY is definitely still my favorite, though MONSTER'S INC. is an extremely close second, followed by A BUG'S LIFE. I liked TOY STORY 2, as well.
I don't care for FINDING NEMO or THE INCREDIBLES, though. I might rent CARS on DVD to see how it is.

While I enjoyed Bugs Life, there isn't a 3D movie,,, and few of anyother kind that comes close to The Incredibles

The first is still the best. Toy Story I. Followed by TSII, and the Incredibles in a distant third. Haven't seen Cars yet, but the rest really didn't do anything for me.

The Incredibles > Finding Nemo > Toy Story 2 > Toy Story 1 > Monsters Inc.
I haven't seen A Bug's Life or Cars, so I can't rate them. I like each of them in different ways and each of them better than the others in different categories, but overall my favorite was probably the Incredibles with Finding Nemo a close second. Toy Story(s) will always hold a special place in my heart, but I don't find them to have the rewatch value that the two above it do, so they ranked a little lower.

I've seen Cars so here is how I rank them:
1. The Incredibles
2. Toy Story
3. Finding Nemo
4. Cars
5. Toy Story 2
6. Monters Inc.
7. A Bugs Life
But the movies arnt bad but these are my favorites. I also really like Cars, Larry the Cable Guy makes it worth it to see the movie.

Monsters and Incredibles take the top spots for me, however, I do also like A Bug's Life, simply for the fact that DAVE FOLEY plays the main character, Flik. Gotta give it up for a Kids in the Hall/Newsradio veteran.

"Monsters Inc.". IMO it's by far the funniest Pixar movie. Sully and Mike are a terrific comedy team, and Boo was a triumph - she was just the right blend of feistyness and cuteness. And Randall - what a great villian with a totally cool and creepy talent (blending into the surroundings, so he can jump out at you and scare the piss outta ya). I LOVE that movie. I wish they'd make a sequel just so I can see Mike and Sully again, or I wish Pixar would make more shorts - "Mike's New Car" was a great one.

The Incredibles. It's possibly the best superhero story on film. I also love the range this movie has, from funny lines and hilarious gags to dark reality. My rankings for the rest of Pixar's films are as follows: Toy Story 2 > Cars > Toy Story > Finding Nemo > Monsters, Inc. > A Bug's Life.
None of these movies are bad. A Bug's Life is my least favorite, but the more I see the film the more I see it's own charm through the overused plot of mistaken identies.
While I recognize all Pixar films as highest-quality and would gladly watch any of 'em, A Bug's Life is my favorite. (Yep, I'm that person) Love the ensemble. Love the real drama - when Hopper's holding Dot by her head and you know he could just SQUEEZE... Love the plot line. Didn't see the twists coming. And I'm a writer by trade. So when I can't see 'em, I love it even more.
Least favorite is Monster's Inc. Not enough plot for me. But still beautiful and fun.

4. Toy Story 2
5. Finding Nemo
6. Toy Story

1. Both Toy Stories
2. The Incredibles
3. A Bug's Life
4. Monsters Inc
5. Finding Nemo
6. Cars
I have yet to understand how virtually no one holds A Bug's Life up as high as I do. Didn't you see the fantastic climax? It was flippin' amazing! Every time you thought you knew where things were heading, they suddenly went somewhere else. It was their best climactic scene they've done to date.

Toy Story
1. The Incredibles
2. Monsters, Inc.

The Incredibles
Monsters, Inc.
Toy Story
Toy Story 2
A Bug's Life
Finding Nemo
Haven't seen Cars yet... comes out over here in a few weeks. Finding Nemo is so low because the story in itself was so predictable. Dorey was the only standout for me in that film. At least with A Bug's Life it was unpredictable.

I didn't HATE it, just wasn't as good as the others. Still much better than most other movies out there.

Well, since everyone seems to like making lists...
1. Toy Story.
2. Monsters Inc.
3. Finding Nemo.
4. A Bug's Life.
5. Toy Story 2.
Haven't see Cars (don't want to), and Incredibles was way less than incredible. That movie was so bland. So very boring.

In order from best to worst:
Monsters Inc:
Not just one of my favorite animated films of all time, but one my favoirte films of all time peroid. Has to be at least in my 10 ten. Why was this film so great? well imo it had best scipt going, the storyline was great yet not to overcompleted, the slapstick humer was great, and not to mention the fantastic wardrobe door sequence at the end. Oh and and Steve Buscemi as randall was great aswell, fantastic actor yet hes been in so few films. Oh and Mike+Sully worked *perfectlly* together
Toy Story 2:
In all honesty i thought the storyline was complete s**t, but like all good comedies I was laughing to damn hard to care. Alot funnier than Monsters Inc imo, but it was really just a comedy not a drama/comedy ala monsters inc. Jesse really got on my nerves aswell, god that accent was annoying >< (and not mention her attitude in genral)
Finding Nemo:
Like Monsters Inc it tried to be more of a comedy/drama rather than just comedy. But in all honesty it was, imo, just too silly to really take seriouslly. Still a very enjoyable film though. animation was defentlly its strong point, the sea in it looked gorgerous :frylock:
Toy Story:
mmm, not really all that imo. defentlly had its funny bits (the crane knows alllllll) but overall its just a wee bit boring now
A Bugs Life:
mmm, pretty much the same as above really, only even less funny bits still in it. More one for the kids i think
Incredables:
Extremlly popular I know but i thought it was ****ing terrible to the extreme. the faces were ludicuslly ugly. The animation throughout looked bad. The other films didnt try to be proper films, they tried to be kids films, damn good kids films that even non kids like myself could still enjoy. but this time they tried to make it more of a proper film... and they failed. Oh an the action in it crap beyond belief and ludicsully crisayed (sp?) the story in it was pretty lame. The charcters were, in a deloius feat of ironly, extremly 2 dimeonsal (the charctistics just corrsponded with the powers, cmon guys thats ****ing lame). and, as kury wanger said, the movie was extremlly bland
havent seen cars yet, like kury dont partiuclly want to tbh. if a friend gets on DVD then i'll probally borrow it and see what its like, but tbh it looks rubbish

i like monsters inc and finding nemo because they seem like the funniest all-around toy story 2 is also very funny with the buzz and the other toys part i think the incredibles is very over-rated because compared to the rest of the pixar films it's very slow and not that funny but it's still a great movie

Tough one. It's a tie between Monsters Inc and Finding Nemo but I voted for the first one... I must have seen it a billion times and still get a kick out of it every single time. Mike & Sully make such a funny match. And I thought Billy Crystal did a great job on the voice acting. I really don't care much for him as an actor but he sure gave Mike Wazawsky a LOT of personality and humor.
