There is no such thing as a "WinAmp File"
I believe you are refering to an mp3...which can be viewed by WinAmp, and a number of other applications.
goto http://www.tucows.com and search for an MP3 to WAV converter...

It'll be a really big WAV, and'll slow down the load time on your website considerably...

Just warning you

You can actually convert mp3 to wav using Winamp.
-Go into preferences.
-Under plugins click on output
-Click on Nullsoft Disk Writer Plugin
-Click on configure and then work out all the nit-picks there

But like naraht said, wav's are huge. About 10 or 11 times the size of an mp3. You might be able to embed the mp3, although I'm not sure about that.
