View Full Version : I think I'm getting better with my mouse.
I love sketching things so I thought I'd play with the big boys of TZ and make my own "RD's collection of drawings" thread... probably should have come up with at least a third before posting this but terribleness breeds prolificly. All of them done in PS with a mouse. =[
Discloner was boring me and then he went to bed before I could show him what I thought of him boring me:

sl4tm is sad because we're not going to hang out on the 22nd to see the Pillows. I'd still be up for hanging out with the kid and all but he really wants to see them:

Mouse's are good. They stop people from getting to prissy. I love your reasons for drawing. They are so blunt. Gives it all a fun edge. I must confess when I worked at an airport a few years back I used to draw all the passengers I hated with a Mouse on MSPaint. One day I might scan them in. They were very different to SJ's, proving that the Mouse can create some very different types of artwork.

My girlfriend was on the telephone with her mother over something that was kind of important and I don't know what the Hell. Cody assures me there are drugs for whatever it is that could be wrong with me but after seeing the picture he assures me there are no drugs for this:

I believe it speaks to your inner tormented soul. In this case, your soul is the juice box. As life's harshness continues to torment your soul, which in the midst of the real world is attempting to move mountains (a la superhero cape), it feels as though it has to sacrifice itself to save everyone else. which is why it's ripping a part of it out (and it's so crudely dripping juice).
Or maybe you're just tired of looking after small children, and you want to assault them. I can't figure out which.

It was a nice mental focus for me to watch you draw that and take away from my desire to murder my family. =D I'm just not crazy about the color scheme to be honest. Too many contrasting brights.

Your art makes me think of two raccoons chasing a butterfly. =]
What I've been up to lately:
when I'm at work sometimes it takes me drawing an astronaut happy to be in space to make my day

sometimes it takes spending an hour meticulously coloring a whale in MSpaint

Lots of fun stuff! I digs 'em. :) I've only ever drawn on the computer with my mouse, so I can understand the fun - and sometimes frustrations - of it all. Someday I'd like to try a tablet.

Love that last one. I'm impressed that's with a mouse given how jerky mouse drawings usually are!
