Here is mine, I hope Jon dind't mind me using this image from his "Censored Cartoons" page...

and I couldn't give you a quote for my life, I haven't seen "Ballot Box Bunny" unedited in years! (Referring to the Russian Roulette gag).

But however, I will just quote the ending of Hare Ribbin'

Dog "ooooohhhh, I wish I were dead, I wish I were dead!"
Bugs: "Hmmmm, do you mean itttt?"
<BANG!>

Where else on the Internet could you celebrate the fine tradition of cartoon characters preparing to shoot themselves in the head?? Yet another reason why I love 'dis board! Here's Shorty from the Popeye cartoon "Happy Birthdaze".

How about next week, we'll have all our avatars be pictures of blackfaced characters?

I just changed my avatar to Bugs as a slve from Southern Fried Rabbit. Mabe after blackface sunday, maybe we can have other things! Anime Sunday,Pop Culture Sunday, Cuture Club Sunday, Claymation Sunday (I'll be sporting a flashy Wallace or Gromit avatar :D) and Music Sunday, or even better! Black and white Sunday!

This avatar theme thing is really catching on! i already had plans of saying next Sunday was gonna be Blackface Sunday. Inkspot already got started on next week. Nice one too, BTW. I feel sorry for Mr. Avery. I think his cartoons are cut more than anyone else's. When you think about it, how can a Tex Avery cartoon be taken seriously to the point of censorship anyway? With Tex's reputation? Think about it this way: Would you be offended if a retarded person called you retarded? No, I'm not calling Tex retarded. I'm saying no one should be offended by ANYTHING in a Screwy Squirrel cartoon or anything else of that fashion. I think I've said enough. I'll shut up now before I begin to sound stupid.

While I like the idea of an occasional "themed" avatar week... let's not overdo it. I still have a bunch of avatars already made that I am dyin' to use. :p

(No blackface avatar for me next week, I have my avatar already prepared... in honor of my Orlando vacation it will be featuring a certain Mr. Mouse...)

I'm kind of with Jon, I have bunch already made too. I'll follow set themes sometimes, but not always, like an unnoficial, do it if you feel like it sort of thing.

That's cool, I mean nothing's written in stone. If you feel like following a theme you can. If you don't want to you don't have to. I had no idea some people prepare avatars in advance. You guys do what you like.
