Time-Warner Cable must have gotten tired of that crummy "Road Runner High Speed Internet Access" (you know, the one with crappy CG dessertscapes and a stock pose of RR popping up every so often) commercial they used to run because in the past few days I've seen two new, fully animated, commercials.

The first has Coyote try to catch the Roadrunner with a rocket car, I think it is supposed to represent slower ways of getting onto the internet.

Anyway, the commercial had nice animation, and the backgrounds looked very Mourice Nobleque, (heavily outlined) only with more shading. The only thing is, I keep missing the first few seconds of this commercial.

The second commercial has Coyote using a skateboard (with DSL written on the bottom), and going down a ramp to catch the Roadrunner, he fails (naturally, I mean, he didn't use "Road Runner High Speed Internet Access":p )

Anyhow, I liked this one a little better, most likely because I saw it from the beginning. The backgrounds are neat too, they resemble Robert Gribbroek's backgrounds (they even have that multiplane thing going on), only with Noble's crazy rock formations.

Anyone else see these commercials?
