I read THE DAVINCI CODE a couple weeks ago and really enjoyed it. I've been trying to restart Michael Crichton's STATE OF FEAR for awhile now, but somehow I always get sidetracked just as I'm about to start.

I got and read Anthony Rapp's book Without You: A Memoir of Love, Loss, and the musical RENT and it was a very quick read. Very very quick indeed.
The saddest part is the story about the movie at the end, how he wishes it will be a success (it was written before the movie came out and flopped).

The last things I read were KISS ME LIKE A STRANGER by Gene Wilder and BAD TWIN by the late Gary Troup. Both good books.

Currently splitting time between Vampire Hunter D: Raiser of Gales and Wheel of Time book 7: A Crown of Swords.
I'm reading Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code and Diana L. Paxton's Ancestors of Avalon (it's a prequel to the "Avalon" series that Marion Zimmer Bradley wrote).

Just got finished with Jerry Pournelle's King David's Spaceship. A great adventure story , while giving a good look of how technology develops and affects people.
