Every game store I go to don`t have them on the selves for neither systems and theres were no new one at E3. Has Konami giving up on the series? Why did they pulled the ones already made from the selves?

I, Toon Zone's local TMNT gaming guru can field this...
Ubisoft was granted the rights to make games based on the 2007 movie.
Konami either lost their license (something I actually find rather unlikely) or gave up because they weren't selling.
When I went to buy TMNT 3 for GCN last November the GameStop I bought it at only had about 3 copies for each system. I had a heck of a time tracking down TMNT 3 for DS last month as well. If those were hard to find I'm guessing it's a huge pain to track down Mutant Melee but chances are the first 2 console games are easy enough to get still, maybe not the GBA ones though. Glad I bought most of them right when they came out because I can see you'd have a shell of a time getting them now but if you could find them they're probably dirt cheap.
GameStop is probably your best bet. You may have to resort to buying online. Usually I go to Game Crazy for "hard to find" games but they don't seem to carry any new TMNT games normally except maybe when they first are released.
Or if this is just out of concern of the franchise and you don't mean to buy any right now then you can put your fears to rest because TMNT games will still come out. There just wont be any this year it seems unless Konami pulls something out of nowhere like with Mutant Melee last year. Actually I'd love a sequel to that with a better character roster.

There are plenty of them on the East Coast. Have you tried places like Target, K-Mart, or even Sears?

Unless they create a season 4 game where they manage to squeeze in all 20min of the lost "Insane in the Membrane" episode, I think 3 brawlers and a party title are enough milking of the franchise for the time being.
I've been getting good vibes from ubisoft lately, with prince of persia, beyond good and evil, and their use of the king kong license. Hopefully they do a good TMNT movie game.

I'd love to see compalation of all the old TMNT games, I know that the original arcade game and Turtles in Time are on TMNT2 and # respecfully but I want to see all the old games from NES, Gensis, and the Torunement fighters game along with the arcade games on one disc. I mean Konami made them all and they've still got the license so why not release one.
