What happened in the last issue of Joker: The Last Laugh?

My comic shop gets "preview" issues a week before the actual ones go on sale. So with comics like Batman and Superman, I get to read them a week ahead of time plus for free. But I missed the last issue of JTL. What happened with the infected people? What happened to Joker? Thanks in advance.
