I'm not really into pop, but has anyone heard the remake of "What's going on?" I happen to like it. Plus, it's being done for a good reason to. Originally, the remake was made before 9/11 for AIDS research and had the now deceased Aaliyah singing, but was changed to be support a 9/11 fund, in addition to the AIDS fund.

Anyone, I thought it was pretty good, as I mentioned behorehand. Has anyone heard this remake yet?

I've heard it. I like it because two of my favorite singers are in it (Bono & Fred Durst). It was started by Bono.

and because of Sean "Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt" Combs being in on it, I say "Pass". I'd rather listen to Marvin's original, and if I want charity, I'll listen to "Do They Know It's Christmas?", "We Are The World", "Voices That Care" or "Yakety Yak (Take It Back)", thank you very much.

Sincerely,

John "Captain Caps" Kilduff...

I hope Puffiddy Pudding-for-brains either discovers God or goes original, but that's for another thread.

I love how all the rich pop stars come out of their mansions to sing a song that has nothing to do with the commoners they have to associate with from time to time.

Something creative would have been pertinent, but rehashing an old song just shows that these jerks don't give a rat's ass. Let them go back to their $500 billion dollar houses in Mount Olympus and leave us the hell alone.

I like it, it's also cool that it has Britney in it.

I like it because of the fact that all of these singers came together to tribute to the 9/11 attacks. I mean, they didn't have to do it, they wanted to. And that makes it a selfless act not for the fans or their publicity, but for the victims of the attack and for the country.
