Is anyone familiar with Canadian cartoon voice actress Jessica Kardos? In the Arthur cartoon episodes she supplies the voice of Marie-Helene (the French nanny of Emily) and soon the new voice of Sue Ellen. Rumor has it Jessica Kardos once tried out to be a cast member in a Power Rangers TV series.
