Gah! I thought it was supposed to be some kind of optical illusion or something so I was trying to figure out what to be looking at. I was wondering whether I should close it or not when she flew out! That definitely surprised me! :eek:

How did they do it? It's a Gif, kind of like my avatar, so it's just an animation that is mostly composed of the same still pic. Then at the end, they just animate it really quickly.

I saw the picture before, but I didn't wait long enough. Now, I read through the posts so when I went to look at the picture again, I was waiting for something to show up. I did jump a little when it came. I expecting something different.

Thank you, Patrick Star, for starting my morning with a nice little surprise. ;) :D (And Brian Cruz's post did not help either! That thing still scares me.....)

Well, the main reason I found it startling was because here I was expecting some optical illision and then this thing comes popping out at me!

I too was expecting some sort of optical illusion and was staring REALLY hard - got quite a shock..!

Serves me right. It was gif file - that's a giveway in itself!

I was able to see this at work (but still can't at home for some reason :confused: ) and I didn't know what the big deal was. Brians rump shaking caused me to lose more sleep than that animated GIF.

LOL!!!! Talk about coincidence...was this recently posted on a popular website of some sort (like fark.com?) because my gf sent it to me about an hour ago (I hadnt read this thread yet) but the url was completely different...

Like all of you I assumed that when she said "this freaked me out" it meant that there was an optical illusion or something similarly hidden....then the woman flew out and I jumped and yelped and got a near heart attack.
