I'd simply produce a DVD that makes "Go write a letter to Warner Bros. that you want Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies on DVD!"

I think where are already a DVD Public Domain LT/MM cartoon series called "Cartoon Crazys". It's not very necessary. It's fun where created a Looney Tunes new's VHS challenge. Why not? :D
