"Bacall to Arms" was skipped.
All cartoons continued 1946 and were dubbed versions.

Acrobatty Bunny (1946, Bugs Bunny) (dubbed version)
The Eager Beaver (1946, one-shot) (dubbed version)
The Great Piggy Bank Robbery (1946, Daffy Duck) (dubbed version)
Of Thee I Sting (1946, one-shot) (dubbed version)
Walky Talky Hawky (1946, Henery Hawk/Foghorn Leghorn/Barnyard Dawg) (dubbed version)
Racketeer Rabbit (1946, Bugs Bunny) (dubbed version)

Hmmm, I sort of applaude CN for not airing "Bacall to Arms", I mean, we don't want to see a four minute version of the cartoon, do we? The Bob Clampett Show is the more appropriate show to play it on.

Unfortunately, they don't run that show anymore...at least I haven't seen it.

In some of the cartoons you put one-shot after the release year. What does that mean? Thanks.

'One-shot' refers to a cartoon with no recurring characters as to create a series.

"The Eager Beaver", for example, is considered a 'one-shot', because no regular series evolved from it. "Cat-Tails For Two" was originally a 'one-shot' cartoon until Friz Freleng used the character again 2 years after the initial film's release, thus a series was born...
