Evolutionary War
Age of Apocalypse
House of M
House of M Decimation/Aftermath
Civil War (my vote to greenlight for animation)
these, and others? how would they fare in animated form?

Wasn't Age of Apocalypse done in the 90's X-Men animated series?
The rest wouldn't work unless they wanted to animate them straight from the comics and assume that anyone interested enough already knew the back story and setup, which would be a poor assumption. House of M wouldn't work because they'd have to explain Wanda's role in Avengers: Disassembled or make her guilty of some other earth-shaking catastrophe. Decimation couldn't be done without a good House of M adaptation. And Civil War faces the same general problem, in that without seeing all the characters involved having built up relationships and friendships throughout past exploits, the concept of Civil War holds little resonance.
I think if they, for some reason, wanted to adapt any of these storylines, they'd have to first focus on building a coherent animated Marvel Universe, complete with all the requisite characters, and then maybe look into adapting some of the recent universe-wide crossovers.

Civil war needs the decimation and the decimation needs the house of M and the House needs Disassembled, maybe a series could work, or a lot of Marvel movies but yer right in order to be logical we need A Marvel animated universe first.

Not really. Civil War is actually quite self-contained and the premise of the mini-series allows it to be easily accessible without having to read piles and piles of back comics. It would make for an interesting DTV down the line for sure.
As for mini-series that could be made into DVD (I don't think "should" is the right word here) I wouldn't mind Marvel Zombies being done. Just change the premise a little bit and bring in some more heroes and you could have a fun and gory DTV.

Maybe. But it could be cooler with all the other sagas.

House of M? Cooler than other sagas? I don't think so because it requires alot of knowledge of the Marvel Universe to work and casual viewers won't know half of what's going on. I think we could start with the more simple earlier sagas and than movie forward. But if this is going to be for just mini-series than there are plenty that could be tapped. X-Men, Spider-Man have had countless mini-series. Even the recent X-Men: Deadly Genesis could be made into a neat storyline.
If we ever got a Justice League Unlimited style Marvel show, I think it would be criminal not to have them meet the Zombie version of themselves from Marvel Zombies. I really, really hope that the new Fantastic Four cartoon will feature the FF zombies that appeared in thier Ultimate book. That arc was utterly fantastic!

Well yes they can do the Deadly genesis without that poor girl torn to pieces (I am really wick because I'm still shocked for that image and I read the issue 4 days ago!) Maybe a new X-men series without all the deaths of the comic nowadays. There's a lot of potential that's truth but just potential.
