Question about Blooper Bunny

Does anybody know how they pulled off the unbroken, hand held shot where the camera shows the various stars preparing for their roles? My guess would be that it was a computer generated background, but I'm not sure that was as easily accessible in 1991 as it is now. No matter how they did it, it's a facsinating shot.

In Disney's Beuty and the Beast (1991) the ballroom scene was computer animated, The Recuers Down Under (1990) the cliff, trees, flowers, were done by computer. And in The Great Mouse Detective (1986) the clockworks inside the Big Ben clock tower were... aww forget it. You know the drill.
