can someone tell me how to insert an avatar?

Click on "Control Panel" on the Message Board, it's in the light blue bar. Then click on "Edit Options" and at the bottom of that page is the avatar stuff. Just follow the directions there. You need to have an avatar no bigger than 75x75.

Also, you need to have 10 posts before you can add one..
