At the beginning of the show, Terry was training with them in the batcave.Bruce bought them at some cybernetic shop and modified them for Terry to use.

Well if we're going to count robot duplicates then we might as well mention Catwoman and Zatanna's apearance on the batcomputer in "Out of the Past." And in the first episode with Shreik there was an old "WANTED" poster for the Joker. But perhaps we should stop short of listing all the costumes in the Batcave.

I gave the robots a mention only because Pete did and people seemed interested in it.

But you're right DK, and there have been other "old" characters that have shown up in pictures and such like James Gordon (in a portrait in Babs' office and home), Lois Lane on the Batcomputer (along w/Catwoman and Zatanna), Mr. Miracle and Aquaman on the JLU computer, and a Mr. Freeze dummy in the un-cut "Return of the Joker." There are probably others that I can't think of.

That's right! And it reminds me that there is also a shot-up Scarface dummy in the Batcave as well. You could almost say that Scarface was a character unto himself.

The T-Rex from Calandar Girl...in the Batcave.
The big Penny Two-Face tried to crush Bats with in "Almost Got Em" In the Batcave..

those are the big two (most of the others have been mentioned.

The Batcave had tons of stuff... off the top of my head I remember seeing Penguin's suit, not to mention that Harley's outfit got trashed when Inque got in (Firefly's got knocked around a bit).

there was a movie of croc and the gang in that ep..but since BB was moved..it's gone now (it was on Kids WB!'s website)...
