"Harley Quinn" series...underrated?

I actually enjoyed it, really. I have issues 1-4, and they're a fun, insane romp through the mind of a brilliant character. They don't match up to the coolness of B:TAS, but they're still fun little comics.

Why don't people like it? I think the characters are well done, even if Harley Quinn shouldn't be in the DCU.

For me? Because...it just wasnt the same Harley. It was a character with the same costume and some of the same history, but it didnt really have her personality. That's what 'made' the character in BTAS for me.

I really enjoyed issues #1-19.
After that I thought it went downhill quickly.
