Well, not really, but hear me out:

Batman, Robin, and the Joker are appearing on Static Shock on January 26 (as we all know). However, Static's comic book was never published by DC Comics directly, but by a DC imprint called Milestone Comics. My question is: does this mean that, theoretically, any character published under an imprint of DC (Vertigo, Milestone, Wildstorm, etc.) could be available to use on Justice League?

If so, I'd love to see the Justice League take on Wildstorm's JL-like team the Authority. Hey, alternate universe teams appear to be a recurring concept in the comics and the show (The Justice Guild, the Crime Syndicate, etc.).

I'd also like to see an appearance by Vertigo's Sandman character (Dream). What does everyone else think of this?

Not likely the producers'll even consider having the Authority on JL.They're just a bit too extreme. You'd really have to sanitize them.CN's BS&P is only so lenient.

Quite true. While the conflict would be good, in order for it to make sense, the Authority would HAVE to be violent ( albeit probably powered down from the comics, just like the JL ). Maybe as a movie??
