Okay, I know I should wait until Name that Quote improves, but I personally find quote games hard myself, so instead, I'll write the lyrics to a song from a TV show and you have to say what show it's from. Also, this is a contest meaning that only I can write the songs, and whoever guesses the most right will win. I'll only write a few lyrics because the whole song is a waste of space:
(Trust me, this may be slightly easier than Name that Quote)
It's hard to be a Jew on Christmas
My friends won't let me join in any games
And I can't sing Chrismas songs or decorate a Christmas tree
Or leave water out for Rudolph cause there's something wrong with me
My people don't believe in Jesus Christ's divinity
I'm a Jew
A lonely Jew
On Christmas

That's from the Mr. Hankey episode of South Park, I believe.
What show featured this song lyric?
I is for Imagine
M is for Me
A is for the letter A
G is for G
I is for...Imagine
N is for Nice
E is for Egads, I said imagine twice!

I think that was that fruity babysitter from Johnny Bravo, anyway, here's the next song:
Now that we're men
We can do anything
Now that we're men
We are invincible
Now that we're men
We'll go to Shell City
Retrieve the crown
And save the town
And...
Wait, I already revealed too much with the Shell City bit. If I told you who the characters were going to save, this would be a dead giveaway.

I think that was that fruity babysitter from Johnny Bravo.Wrong. It was from Animaniacs.
Your song was from Spongebob, the movie. I'm assuming I'm correct, if I am not, please ignore the lyric below.
Oooh, oooh, oooh, oooh, oooh.
What does this button do?
Oooh, oooh, oooh, oooh, oooh.
What does this button do?
I now know what this button does,
it makes my brother cry!

I don't know which ep, but that's definitely sung by Dee Dee in 'Dexter's Lab.'
Next contestant:
"Hannibal, our book confirms,
Tried conquering Italy with pachyderms,
Just why he failed nobody tells
But he never could get past the Roman sentinels."
"And he couldn't find his weapons in the peanut shells."
"An elephant is not required,
If I can use the media to be admired."
"The TV viewers you'll delight,
Unless the network puts your show on Sunday night."
(The quote marks are to indicate where one singer leaves off, and another picks it up.)

You are correct, but no more of your own songs! This is my contest! Your stuff doesn't count!
Anyway:
They will clean up all your talking in a minute such as this
They will make you take a tinkle when you wanna take a piss
They will make you call Philacio (Or however you spell it) a trowser-friendly kiss
It's the plain situation
There's no nagotiation
With the fellas at the freakin FCC!

You are correct, but no more of your own songs! This is my contest! Your stuff doesn't count! How juvenile. You give you no note that you were making this anything but a normal game idea, and then you yell at participants for not reading your mind. If you had planned on starting a game that you'd host, it'd have been nice to *know* that you were planning on hosting it. Some guidelines, is that too much to ask for? Plus, you've been violating the four-post-rule a lot.
nld200xyz, I suggest you read the rules of this board (http://forums.toonzone.net/announcement.php?f=49&a=168), use more detail when you start threads, and get a nickname. (Kidding on that last one!)

You were right, I should have cleared that up. I edited it. Oh, and as for the rule... how am I supposed to let people know that they got a point unless I reply to their post? I can't wait for 4 people to guess, since it's the first person who guessed right what gets a point.

Since it seems that the thread starter refuses to yield to the almighty 4-Reply Rule... THREAD CLOSED!
...and to answer questions... if the poster gets the Answer right, they'll know it's right. If it's wrong, someone else can chime in with the correct answer and take it from there. The forum is more about interacting with each other and not about right/wrong.
