I just read at the Internet Movie Database that Danny Elfman will be doing the music for Batman: Year 1. All I have to say is they did the right thing. Here's the address so you can see for yourself: http://us.imdb.com/Credits?0261557
What do you think?

I'm not sure how accurate that is. Can anyone confirm this?

I belong to imdb and this is what I can tell you.
Without reading through the user agreements again, anyone can submit info to imdb. For the most part it is accurate, but I could submit something true or not, and depending on who goes through it, it could be on the site for awhile.
Here's an example, a couple of years ago, Rudy "The old Navy SEAL" Boesch, from Survivor I was listed as being Stefano DiMerra on "Days of our Lives," it has since been fixed but it was like that for awhile. Also there is a make-up credit for The Scarecrow, should he be in Batman: Year One?
Think about this though, if the movie has been put off for a later date, would they really have a composer already? You can't write music for a scene when you don't know how long the scene lasts.

Well, now I feel stupid j/k. I didn't know that's how they got their info, I just stumbled on that site.

Once again, IMDB is a WONDERFUL resource for information on movies that have already been released. But, as the Penguin said, its future predictions have been spotty at best.
