Went to DisneyChannel.com and they have the logo for all of their blocks in a row: Playhouse Disney, Toon Disney, and Jetix. I noticed the Jetix logo kind of looked like a pointy version of Mickey Mouse's head, with some legs. Maybe I'm totally off here.

I doubt Jetix's logo is meant to represent Mickey Mouse's head. If I'm not mistaken, Jetix in most countries are independent from Disney. I'm sorry, but I really can't see any resemblance. :p

I was wondering why the French Shaman King DVDs all had Jetix logos...

Here in Europe Jetix is independent from Disney. And yet still owned by them (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JETIX).
As for the logo, I see what you mean CookieS, but I think it's too abstract to definitively say, "Yes, that's Mickey's head."

I get what you mean, but I think that it's just a weird pointy one-eyed cartoon X.

It always reminded me of Kirby (That pink game character, I think that's it's name)
