From Strong Style Spirit (http://www.puroresufan.com/):
The latest edition of Naigai Times claims to have a quote from Antonio Inoki that says Vince McMahon wants to wrestle him. According to him, Vince talked to Simon while he was in America about possibly setting the match up some time.
I would love to see that. I can see the ads now...

Inoki vs. McMahon I. Live on Pay-Per-View.
Seriously, that would be awesome. It would also be Inoki's first match since 1998. Vince would win round one in the WWE, probably by cheating. Inoki would take round two, but would be in some tag match or something. Round three would take place in New Japan, where Vince would promptly get his ass handed to him. There is "no chance in hell" (pun intended) that McMahon would ever win a match in New Japan. It would be like if John Cena beat Tommy Dreamer in an ECW ring. Fans would riot.
Oh... one more thing. Antonio Inoki, just like Vince McMahon, is completely, 100% insane. Rumor has it that he sold New Japan to the Yuke's toy and game company in other to finance, amongs, the construction of his own shrine. Yes, that's right. He wants people to worship him as a god. Well, at least Shawn Michaels would have a tag team partner at "Backlash..." :D
