He doesn't mean the airing of old Scooby episodes on Kids WB, he means the totally-unseen-by-anyone episode that is supposed to air.

Does Scooby Doo have production numbers? If there are any numbers skipped in the old series (i.e. no known episode with that number), than that would be the "totally unseen" episode they are speaking of, but I'm going to bet that it is an all new episode.

Oh, wow, WB is playing Scooby (something other than Pokemon and the other new stuff). There is no excuse for them not to have a replacement for the Network style Bugs Bunny shows. (Bugs & Tweety, etc).
I get the feeling this "new Scooby episode" could be that new "episode" they put together during the last marathon. But who knows.
