...of course, it made me think how vulnerable we really are. If I ever have to go to a writer's conference in another state, I'll take a train, or drive.
Also, for three months after the incident, my WB feed (KPIX, NY) cleared up after being a nightmare for some time. That lasted three months, and it's now miserable again. Somehow that bothers me--the blood of 4000 Americans only worth ninety days of freedom from pressing buttons on the remote like mad and sapping my batteries to restore my picture! Very small, admittedly, compared to those who died/lost loved ones that day, but still.... :mad:

First of all, Looney Man welcome to the board. Second, it is okay to post off-topic threads once in awhile as long as they don't take over the board. I guess the AniGen board would be a better place to post OT threads.
