So Ace (the Bathound) was awesome and kind enough to send me a Futurama #1 "Firsty First Issue!" Comic Con Premiere Edition and reading it I realized that I can get my Futurama fix in the comics, while I wait for the fabled DTVs, even if they aren't always on par with the show.

Since GotFuturama.com has very little information about the comics, MileHighComics has a sporadic issue listing and Amazon has some very unhelpful descriptions of what TPB's there are, I was hoping someone here knew what the delio was on the issues.

So, basically what I'm asking is this: How many issues were there and are they all collected in trade paper backs? I see there's some "Bender" collection on Amazon which is listed three times in the books section and due to come out later this year.

So yeah. Any help would be mucho appreciated!

I'm not too familiar with the way Bongo works in the USA,

The comics are usually very well done, and seem like an episode unlike the Simpsons Comics, i recommend getting them,

The comics are still being published though i don't think they come out monthly, i'm not sure there are 24 issues right now i think,

the TPBs i'm also somewhat unfamiliar with the way Bongo does them with the Simpsons they go on order and sometimes don't :/ i've only seen two TPBs in stores, i beleive they collected the first 10 or so stories in order, i don't know if they have released more, the bender thing you mentioned might be a TPB putting together a 'bender' story arc.

there is also two cross overs with the simpsons, both are not part of either series regular numeration, and both are two parters, in them the simpsons world is the fake one but they manage to go in, the quality is more simpson comics type but i still enjoy them.
