One reason Lex could begin to hate Clark(story idea)....

Their is a rumor that Lois Lane will be visiting Smallville. I think that when she gets their Lex meets her and falls for her. But, she seems to be attracted to Clark. In the comics Lex has a thing for Lois. It could be the crack in the friendship that starts the Lex/Clark fued. Just a thought.

I forgot to add. That it could be a great plot device to turn things around on Lana. It is always Clark seeing Lana and her boyfriend and feeling jealous. Now, Lana could see the attention Clark was giving her switched to Lois and she gets jealous.

Lois might end up having something to do with making Lex a villain. However, the producers said that the British former flame of Lex' first appearing on the show this January will be instrumental in activating his darkside.
