Anyway, I found that this episode would have made a better finale to the season rather than the 1st part.

Anyway, I found that this episode would have made a better finale to the season rather than the 1st part.

It could have been a Zeta Project situation, wherein the bigwigs ask the creative team to end the season on a cliffhanger to induce interest.

In any case, this works as a season opener as well, as it has this whole 'new beginnings' feel to it, what with the universe being restarted and all.
