"Meatball" is a little dated, being a ref to the wartime rationing, but there isn't an objectionable thing that I can see, unless someone really doesn't like the thought of dogs tussling over a slab of meat (it's the nature of the beast). Loved the dog's line, "Bugs Bunny food" upon seeing his supper.

In "Ducky", I wonder why Freleng used a Tex Avery caricature as the hunter rather than Elmer Fudd? Avery had left Warners by then over the "Heckling Hare" dispute in 1941 (though nine of his pictures still had yet to be distributed), and this picture came four years later, after Avery had done a dozen cartoons for MGM. Odd.

In "Dr. Jekyll", note Tom's whiskers. Spread apart most of the picture, they come together in a villainous pointed mustache while he's mixing the brew. A small detail, but it really adds to the performance. Same with Tom's harried expression in "Concerto" and the way his suit falls apart as he strains to hit the final chords.

That's not a caricature of Tex Avery, but of Victor Moore, a movie comedian who was very popular in the forties. Moore voiced his own caricature. It's a honest mistake; the hunter does kinda resemble Avery, however.
