Yep, all seven members will be a part of that storyline. That information comes from one of Bruce Timm's early interviews about the series.

No way! With all the hype that this episode is getting I want to see a fight! Batman could try to sneak in under their defenses, but Luthor should catch him.

He said that all 7 members will be in "Injustice for All." Besides "Secret Origins" and the season finale "The Savage Time," that might be the only storyline which features all seven members.

So far the 2-parters have each had 5 members starring in them, but I wouldn't be surprised if the number varies a little more throughout the rest of the season.

They're going to air the big season finale with only three minutes of Batman? Oh man, get ready. There are going to be some angry, angry fans out there. On the other hand, I can see the creative team not wanting Batman to time travel (I personally wouldn't mind), but surely there would be something he could do in the present time to make himself useful in the story.

Batman could be the first one on the scene
One of them might say something like, "let's take him down first, after all he's only human....muhhahahaha!!"
and then batman just totaly destroys them
and then of coruse the rest of the JL could show up and take over while supers and bats go find lex or somethin'
