Started out pretty good. And then, a basketball game broke out *sigh*.

Hrm, well, the only good thing about the ep is that they finally had a new artifact show up. Of course, Ed gave it right back to Dirk, so really, what was the point?

I'm really starting to think that the only plot we're going to get for the rest of the season is the two part finale coming up in a few weeks . . .

The way this show seems to be running, I would be surprised if Ed ever finds all his pieces. Every time one shows up he looses it like the map and the exoarmour. The only thing he's kept is the night vision and the slammer. Xiaolin Showdown finds a new wu almost every show and they're up to something like 70.

I hate B-ball, but it was cute watching Ed and Dirk trying to cooperate and compete at the sametime. Again Deets was cute with her issues with the fish :D Fizz was a little flat as she didn't get to use any "crazy dangerous" gadgets. Ed likely will have the belt back soon, I think the only reason Dirk has it was to ttake Burn down a peg from being an A-player. But we may never see it again, hard to say

BTW, When did Torch show up in the series? It just suddenly is there for me, so maybe I missed something.

Torch showed up around the third episode. The reason why you probably didn't notice him is that they didn't use him a lot until recently. Sure, he showed up in a few eps, but didn't really get to do much of anything.

The episode that aired wasn't "Dilemma", it was "Locked". I wonder if the order was changed. I thought Torch was funny.

So it wasn't one of the "Ed" items? If anyone has ever heard of the movie "Tron" Torch reminds me of Bit, which just hung around the hero and answered every question with yes/no +/-, whether it was retorical or not. :anime:

I think it the belt was one of Ed's items. At least that's what I thought Ed said at the end. Yes! I've seen Tron, and I remember Bit, said only yes or no.

Nope, Torch is an AI that Ed found in a building that Bedlam was about to demolish. Ed downloaded him into the onboard computer in his helmet, and the little holographic fireball was with him ever since. As we saw in this ep, Torch is good for scanning stuff and interacting with other computers.

Torch is one of my favorite characters on Get Ed. But there's some shows where he never shows up.
