Could it i mean it could be Marvel's answer to shows like Krypto the Superdog, Spongebob Squarepants, Brandy and Mr Whiskers and many others. And it would make a good kids show right?

It'd be an interesting take on the Spider-Man cartoons.

I don't really see it being a Krypto show though, more like a spoof on superhero shows, similar to the Tick.

It'd work...there's so much ground to parody in the Marvel Universe. :D

No I mean like Marvel having like a young kids show similar to Krypto not like Spider-Ham is like Krypto or anything. I think the kids would definetly enjoy a Spider-Ham cartoon.

I think it could work.

The biggest advantage is that he resembles Spider-Man, so kids will give it more of a chance to start with.
Also, Spider-Ham is a pretty funny book, with the obvious parodies of everything in the Marvel Universe! It's still aimed at kids, you can tell by the writing, but if we think it's funny, surely the kids will.
That combined with the fact that it's not grim and gritty, but just fun, it would make for an ideal kids cartoon show [which we'd still all watch anyway ;)].

Also it would easier to animate because the appearence is so cartoony. Marvel should get either Nickelodeon or Disney to a Spider-Ham series because having it on Cartoon Network would ruin the character ever since this new guy ruined CN.

Or make a full-blown live action movie. It worked for Howard the Duck.

When was Spider-Ham brought back?

And to stay on topic, I'd love a Spider-Ham cartoon. :)

Well, he hasn't really been 'brought back', but he has received a bit more attention since the variant cover featuring Spider-Ham during the "The Other: Evolve or Die" arc :)

Yup he was voted by fans to be on that cover.

By the way this is my favourite cover:

If Krypto the Superdog can work then I see no reason why Spider-Ham can work. They would have to tinker with Spider-Ham abit but I'm sure they could find a way to execute it. I'm surprised Marvel hasn't made any pre-school type shows like Krypto the Superdog yet. That would seem to be right up their alley.

I believe they attempted to make a Spider-Man and Friends series, a series based on the popular pre-school toyline. There was a thread a few years back for a Marvel Babies cartoon too, and an uproar followed. I don't see why Marvel shouldn't attempt pre-school programming, but I'd still like to see a 'normal' cartoon on TV first! :)

Here (http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?t=140158) is the thread mentioned by Stu :)
Enjoy... or laugh ;)

I guess Sony/Columbia would have to produce it.. might be good for some laughs, and censorship concerns would be irrelevant, but-- I don't want it to "replace" any proper 616-based Marvel shows..

I think Spider-Ham would be even better if there is guest appearence by other heroes like Deerdevil(Daredevil), Scavengers(Avengers) and the Fantastic Fur(Fantastic Four).
