Norman Normal! a animation series?

I catch on this site (http://www.canalj.fr) on schedule section where air a series named Norman Normal. It's not only a europeean series but it's also probaly based on the 1968 WB cartoon on this same name. But the character was not the original Norman Normal but a guy was aged by 13 years old where lived with a family very anormal!!!! :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
