Clerks The Animated Series coming to UK TV....it sure took long

I just found out about it, I think it's going to be on ITV4.

Now my one question is, why did it take so long to come to UK TV anyway, okay there were only 6 episodes ever made but it's not like the View Askew movies were not known in the UK right?

Given the small number of episodes, it probably wasn't very tempting to international buyers.
