I just found a new Avatar fansite, Avatar Spirit.

It's run by many of the same people behind TitansGo.net. arguably the best Teen Titans fansite on the web.
They're doing a good job with this one, they already have transcripts from Season 1 episodes posted, charecter descriptions, and lots of good analysis of the Avatar universe.
