Remember that episode of BTAS with the ninja Kyodai Ken? I was thinking about that recently. The one ninja was learning a martial arts form, with a certain attack that was so powerful it was fatal.
How could a single attack (not even an attack more of a poke) kill someone. It just doesn't add up, worse part is Bruce needed armor or special padding to help him.

I just posted about this on the "Underrated Episodes" thread. That was from "Day of the Samurai", an episode I really liked. I realize that a "touch of death" is highly improbable (although if Z were here, I'm sure he'd dispute that, being a martial arts "expert" like he is), but I still don't think it takes anything from the episode. It was very enjoyable. :)

funny you mention that. i was over at a friends house watching UFC and you're right. karate and kung fu guys have nothing when they go against grapplers. it's about a 15 second fight, and the karate guys are either pinned or knocked out...

Its called suspension of disbelief! Jeesh! LOL
Anyway, when I was a kid, one of my favorite comics/animated shows was Fist of the North Star, and, if your'e familiar with it, you know its got all sorts of things like the pressure-point-o'-death that was used in this Batman episode. So, it didn't bother me in the slightest.

Exactly! Some of the element sin these episode shave to be taken with a grain of salt. If you think a 'touch of death" is unbelieveable, how about jmping 20 stories and landing without a scratch? Besides, it is proven there are dozens of pressure points all over the body that can incompacitate a person in mere seconds.
