Who lives in the watchtower?

Ok, we know that there are some characters who have their own homes, and others who live in the watchtower. Which ones live there? From what ive seen its probably the following:
Shayera
Mr. Terrific
J'onn (before leaving)
Question
Booster Gold
Atom Smasher
Vigilante
Shining Knight
any others?

I'm with you as far as J'onn and Shayera are concerned.

But we've seen that Question has an apartment on Earth ("Question Authority"), and I don't know where you're getting some of your other guesses from. Why Atom Smasher, of all people?

Other then Shayera and J'onn I can't think of any that wouldn't have a real job and a real home. Sure there are plenty that don't see much of their real lives now because of the league like Mr. Terrific, but I'm sure they all have lives outside of the league.

Before the league though surely Shayera had one as well, I would really like to know how she pulled that one off since those wings are real and I imagine quite difficult to hide. Perhaps she did like the hunch back girl did in Duece Bigalow 2 and cut the back out of a duffle bag and used it like a back pack.:D

All the others had to have jobs and lives outside of the league because being a Superhero generally isn't a high paying job.

I'm guessing because of the episode "Task Force X"; the team didn't expect to see Atom Smasher, Vigilante, and Shining Knight hanging around, so perhaps Zorak thought that they must live there. However, if the Suicide Squad knew that the only Leaguers on duty at the Watchtower were going to be the Lantern, J'onn, and Captain Atom, then the Squad should have also known that these three lived there.

Besides, Vigilante seems to have a home base, as in "Hunter's Moon" he complained to Vixen and Shayera about the Thanigarian invasion.

If the three do not live there, then maybe they were there without the Suicide Squad knowing; probably a checkers tournament or a Clint Eastwood movie.

I'm figuring all the members have quarters on the Watch Tower, and there are probably times when each of them has to stay up there for a while. This is backed by the Question having living quarters on the tower and an Appartment on Earth.

Wonder Woman Uh, didn't she also have an apartment in Hereafter? No reason to think she would've abandoned it. Also it appears that most of the heroes have quarters in the watchtower aside from having their own place.
