Anybody Know how to change newbie

Hey I think that this was already posted but I'll ask again anybody know how to change the word newbie or member from underneath your name? If you could tell me please

You go to your control panel (is that one word?) and click on edit profile then find costom user text thats it.:)

you need at least 10 posts first.

You need 10 posts and need to be a member for 10 days. I was gonna do something like that for avatars too, but never got around to it.
