Free Kung Fu lessons (Memphis and surrounding area)

The classes are laid back and very effective in increasing self defense skills and fitness levels. You mean like spam? For such a high-traffic and well-known board as these ones are, I'm sure we get our fair share, but the mods probably attend to them quickly enough.

We don't get many, and they get taken down pretty darn quickly.

nightwing_38116 is a poster of long standing around here, and many of us owe him a tremendous debt. I'm going to lock this thread, but I'm going to leave it up to my fellow mods to decide whether to vaporize it as a solicitation.
