Movie Villains

[The Game]

What do you guys think about the make-up and costumes from all four Batman films. Acting, directing, and writing aside, which villain do you think looked the best? The worst? Once again, ignore performances by the actor, only rate the look of the villain.

Definately Catwoman, though Two-Face and Poison Ivy (her first costume) looked pretty sharp too.

In fact, the only characters who looked bad were Riddler, Mr. Freeze, and Bane.

I thought Catwoman looked really cool, but maybe I say that because I'm a Catwoman fan :D

I really liked Poison Ivy's first outfit also, but then they quickly got silly (With the painted nails outside the green gloves, and the Scary Spice hairdo).

NewMaxFranklin, I'll change your vote to Catwoman. I reall yliked the Catwoman costume. Not only was it...ah...form-fitting, but it worked. Michelle Pfeiffer made it work great. I thought it was really good although I remember a sort of backlash against it.

Ya just gotta admit she filled out that costume perfectly. Annette Benning was originally up for the role of Catwoman and I just can't see it today. Pfeiffer is just more believable in the role.

I toatally agree. I can't picture Annette Benning as Catwoman at all!

I also voted for Catwoman, the Joker looked great BUT you still can tell that's just make-up. Penguins make-up was awesome it looked very real. Two-Face' make up was done very well too but the whole look and outfit ruins everything.

BTW I'm kinda shocked to see that Mr.Freeze got 2 votes. I don't think he looks like Freeze at all, and Arnie's face paint just looks fake, even the Joker's make up has been better. The Freeze suit, especially the helmet looks stupid, but what you expect from a Schuhmacher Team?

Even I, The Penguin , cannot bring myself to vote for Tim Burton's mutant Penguin, so I voted for Two-Face. I thought he look really good in the movie.

Two-Face??? It looked like he dunked his head in Pepto-bismol! And the outfits? Yikes!

I thought the Penguin looked very ..well, "good" probably isn't the right word to use:) But, Batman Returns did do something with him that made him a more interesting character, you gotta admit. Otherwise he may have just spent the whole movie breaking into bird-related shops and using his many umbrellas. If you like that version of Penguin, that's cool. Personally, though, I think of him as a bit of a joke. In the movie, at least, he was taken more seriously. His motives, his personal demons and true nature were explored much more than they have been in the comics, I think. Sure, he wasn't that pretty, but I think he looked just right!

I also thought Joker looked pretty good, despite the chalky make-up, but as far as best-dressed goes....Catwoman all the way :D

Catwoman. Any costume that had to literally be stitched together on the actress, then disassembled to remove it, gets my vote!

OOHHHHHH Catwoman gets my vote! Michelle was such a goddess.

I just got all 4 Batman movies on DVD the other day (the last 2 were only b/c Im a completest..and b/c of Alicia Silverstone ;) and drew barrymore :D ), and I probobly watch the catwoman parts of Returns every other day.

goddd she was so hot.....still is kinda, but then it was like. . .wow...so goth, so. . . .form-fitting, lol! :)

I didnt really like anybody else's make-up close to as much as michelle's, but if i had to choose, i guess Joker.

god I hated everyone else, Uma looked like a nasty cow that got into someone's paint shop :rolleyes:
