Which cartoon characthers have (or used to have) hidden faces?

The original Fairly Oddparents (seen on Oh Yeah Cartoons) use to have Timmy's Dad and Timmy's mom faces hidden. Later Remy's mom and dad's faces would be hidden.
For awhile they use to hide the parent's faces on Kids Next Door (at least of Numbah 4, Numbah 2 and Numbah 1's mom and Numbah 5's dad). Some of them have been shown now (Numbah 4's parents and Numbah 2's mom) but some are still shrowded in unseen faces.
Cow and Chicken's Mom and Dad had unseen faces... or at least appeared to. As seen in the Pilot ep "No Smoking" and "Who Rubbed Out Cow And Chicken" they are revealed to just be a pair of legs.
Hmmm, thinking about it mostly seems that parents are the ones who faces are hidden. What's the deal with that?

That was a pilot?
Dr. Claw from Inspector Gadget.
Tom and Jerry use to always cut out the upper portion of any humans on screen. (Some cartoons where the human plays a major role is the exception)

No, the pilot was "No Smoking" (I think that was the title), an episode completely separate from "Who Rubbed Out."
Nanny from Muppet Babies and all the adults in any Peanuts cartoon IMO count as the most famous
Tintin

The ladies in "Feed the Kitty"
The persons (except the Zoo Guard) in "Chow Hound"

Ms. Bellum from PPG. She'd count, right?

Apparantly they always cut out the faces of adults on shows featuring kids because it was basically from the kid's point of view. The adults were just the caregivers, not a part of the fun. Cow and Chicken basically poked fun at that cliche with the legs thing.
I do remember the only time we ever saw an inkling of what humans looked like on Muppet Babies was the episode where Piggy is singing about being the fashion model, and several human female model head shots are thrown onto a table with hers following.

And they had Statler and Waldorf in at least one episode.

Slade from Teen Titans had his face obscured for a few episodes, it may not have been long but I think it still counts.

Mammy Two Shoes in the original 'Tom and Jerry' cartoons.

In the early days of Hey Arnold, Arnold's parents (in a flashback sequence) did not show their faces. Same for Helga's parents (or at least her mom).

Quick FYI, in the original FOP shorts seen on Oh Yeah! Cartoons, Timmy's parents are only seen from the neck down.

Only one I can think of right off the bat is the french woman from the space station episode of Venture Bros. that was on just a couple nights ago.
There are many characters with parts of the face never seen/only the eyes visible, from Marvin the Martian (though that's supposedly his actual face) to Kakashi (and probably many many other ninja from various animations, though his in particular is often questioned in the actual series)

It was just in "Arnold's Hat" that Miriam was hidden. We got to see her in "Helga's Makeover", however.

We know. ;)
Regarding your sigs, are you actually still hopefully continuation of these series is still a possibility? Honestly, I'm not being a jerk, but as time goes by it's just less and less likely in both cases.

wizardmon's face was hidden for most of the time he was seen. Well, a good chunck of Digimon have their faces hiddened or partially covered.

I know, that's why I said in the "early" days of the show.

I don't know why, but I always love those characters who's faces are just a set of eyes in a black void. It's cool and adorable.

Char Aznable
Karozzo Ronah
Chronicle Asher
Schwarz Bruder
Zechs Merquise
Rau Le Creuset
Neo Lorrnoke
Chief Haro
Deathscythe the Knight of Darkness
Professor Gerbera
All of these characters faces are seen in some form, but they spend most of their screentime with a mask of some kind (with Chronicle perhaps being the exception).

I fixed the spelling error VeemonJosh, making your post kind of obsolete. Thanks for pointing it out though.

Already mentioned John.
This probably goes with the "no other characters on the show ever" rule of Ed Edd n Eddy, but we never saw Eddy's Brother's face. Only his body structure from some pictures scattered around Eddy's room and the episode where Sarah and Jimmy pretended to be Eddy's brother.

Mac and Terrence's mom in Foster's Home is a recent one.
And speaking of Dr Claw, making him a normal guy who just walked around and was totally visible is the #1 thing IMHO that destroyed the Inspector Gadget movie. WTH were they thinking???

Since Wizardmon was mentioned, I figure I should mention a popular partially-hidden face:
Kakashi.
