Most people here are over the age of 18. I don't know any who are under 11. You might have to retool the poll to get better results.

I think you'll find that the majority of TZ posters are between the ages of 15 - 25. I’d be interested to see an actual average age around here, but I suspect it’s something like 17 or 18.

There's a new license law in Ontario that just became effective. Before, you had to wait till you were 16 to get your learner's permit; now, if you're born in the year 1986 and beyond, you have to wait till 18. I think that's just stupid. I mean, I guess it doesn't really matter to me either way, I already got my license, but 18!!!

Yeah, Virginia just increased the ages for licenses too, except not by that much, just a couple of months. However, I missed having to be included in the new law by a couple of months, so I can still get my license when I'm sixteen. :)

Wow, there are a lot of people turning sixteen in May too! May babies rule! :p

Actually, they've been talking about doing that here, too. I think it's a good idea. Out of all the fatal car accidents in Kansas City last year, most of them were caused by drivers under 18. I don't know if its the best solution or not, but they are talking about it. I say make the students take more drivers ed classes and put stricter requirements on passing the test, but I guess that's just me.
