One of the best episodes for Winx Club IMO!!! Anytime Mitzi is in the episode, you know it's going to be fun, just because we all know someone with a snobby attitude like her! Inviting Bloom to a Halloween party with the sole intent on scaring her to death was a stroke of genius! That's something she would certainly do, and it almost worked!!! It was very well planned, if only Stella didn't see through her disguise, actually smelling her perfume gave Mitzi away!!! You go Stella! Stella was probably scared the most next to Flora, but once she knew it was Mitzi, Stella stood her ground and was awesome! Jolly was a great addition to the pixie gang, and the pixies tricking Mitzi at the end was the best part! Lots of Japanese anime characters seen as Halloween costumes, such as Witch Hunter Robin.

*yawn* This one did nothing for me. It had a couple amusing moments, but it felt really odd to be watching frivolity after the crushing defeat at Cloud Tower. I wish they'd left it in its original spot.
I did really enjoy the Elle character though. She was nifty.

I enjoyed the episode, though I'd hardly call it "great." It was... well, a fun romp, I guess. Kinda' meaningless, but still fun to see all the girls back on Earth, and meet the fourth witch. That being Mitzi.
I didn't really like Jolly much. Aside from annoying Livy, she was annoying me, too. She kinda' got her reading wrong, too, insisting there was grave danger when in reality, there was none.

It may be just be, but Tecna is really starting to annoy me now. She was fine during the first season. But the 2nd season is a different story. Not as much at the beginning of the 2nd season, but she's been getting worse in the recent episodes. I'm talking about her computer talk. Yes, Yes, I know that computers is her character, but its going a bit too far. I feel as though lately her computer talk is more forced then natural. I dont know if the wording is coming out wrong or if its the wrong timing, but something is out of place.
Looking back on a rerun of the first ep of season 2, Bloom asked Tecna about her predictions (Bloom's fault for provoking her.), Tecna goes, "I predict a percentage of fun" (can remember the exact percent). That's just lame in my opinion. Its like Tecna is way too possessed with computers.
2nd to Latest episode Tecna was arguing with Bloom that she (herself) failed and she's suppose to be perfect. She feels that her logic and reason was flawed or something. Again, annoying.
But the most of all, the most annoying of them all was later on in that episode when the witches came screaming into the room. Tecna states that the witches are going to delete them all. Am I the only one who find that comment a bit out of place? Forced? To make it worse, the witches acted like it was perfectly natural to talk like that. The witch said, "They're gonna delete us?" as if she was scared. It would have made more sense if the convo went like this:
Tecna: They're trying to delete us.
Witch: Delete? What are you talking about? What kind of psycho are you? Someone needs to get off her computer a little more often.
Again, I realize its her character and all, but I still feel like she's going a bit too far here.

She isn't "possessed" with computers. (The correct word you're looking for here is "obsessed," by the way.) She basically is a computer. It's her nature to speak the way she does. Everyone in her realm probably does that. Hating her for that is like hating someone for their accent. I liked the delete comment. It would be kinda out of character for her to say "they're gonna kill us all." "Delete" works better for her character. I thought it was cute, because that's probably how her brain works. Delete this, insert that, yadda yadda.
Granted, her thinking she never made mistakes did annoy me, especially considering the glaring errors all over the place in "Angel of Doom." But that's her perfectionist side, which I've never been fond of.

I know its her character, and I didnt say I hated it (nor accents), I'm just saying its getting irritating and it feels forced. Much like there's been complaints about Musa's talk before. So I'm sure you can understand how i feel.

Your opinion only. Would Tenca be Tenca without using technical words? It's not forced as you say, it's her personality and it fits. Do you use any slang on a regular basis, or copy a quote from a favorite show or movie all the time? Some would say thats irritating but it's just your personality.

This ep really wasn't much, IMO.
Mitzi was absolutely mean to Bloom & the others.
I will admit, towards the end, things did get a bit creepy: the house's history and the cracked mirrors. That was until we all learned that it was Mitzi and a few of her friends pulling a prank!
I DID like when the pixies disguised themselves as "The Fourth Witch" to make Mitzi faint, just to teach her a lesson!:p :D
I thought the "Pumpkin Boogie" dance was pretty good. Everybody got into it.:)
So, I give this ep 2.5 stars; not bad, but could've been a lot better.

Finally got around to watching this one! Okay...
- At first I was gonna comment on how weird it's Tecna, of all people, to blurt out the girls are going to a Halloween party on Earth. Then I realized the irony of it being her while in the classroom, and it made much more sense.
- Throughout the course of the episode, there were points where I really was siding with Bloom's original impression, that Mitzi was actually going to be nice for once. Boy, did I get bitten on that one! :p
- Originally, I was going to ask for this episode's poll who you guys think would be the first one picked off if the Winx girls were in a horror movie. If it had worked out that way, I would've gone with the obvious choice... Stella. Honestly, when she walked into that fog outside, I thought she wasn't gonna come back.
- A few other likes: Pretty much everyone getting accustomed to Earth Halloween rituals; Halloween Boogie - which fails as a dance, but succeeds with some fun quickie scenes to go out on.
- And one more case of irony... Jolly being a fortune-telling pixie. At least in this episode, with her giving predictions of doom and the like.
7.5 out of 10 for "The Fourth Witch."

Let's expand on the costumes we saw.
I am SO glad they put in Witch Hunter Robin, I really liked that show (Good eye, Mike!). She was the chick in the red coat, glasses, and black vest with the extended pony-tails.
I THINK the witch ghosts, were a refrence to Samara, the girl in the cursed video in the movie "The Ring".
Elle, now I can't put my finger on it. But she either looks like Captin Harlcok from Galaxy Express, or Hot Ice Hilda from Outlaw Star. Both characters have eye patches over their right eyes. It's the Trench Coat that throws me off. But her hair is more like that of Hilda. However, Carmen Sandiego COULD be dead on. Did Carmen have an eye patch?
Also, there's that kid with glasses in the yellow coat. He LOOKS like Kenny from South Park, but I KNOW he's from somewhere else... Possibly Tochiro also from Galaxy Express 999?
I figured the Riven-like dude in the trench coat with the hat to look more like Vampire Hunter D, than Van Helsin.
Props to Mike for spotting Char from Gundam, Witch Hunter Robin, and Maetel. Good eye.

She's Elle Driver from Kill Bill. I enjoyed her quite a bit. I loved her general attitude.

*nods* It would be an honor. Darcy MAY be right about Elle being from Kill Bill, I can't confirm since it's on the top of my "To See" movie list.

Oh, parts one and two are both excellent.
Here are a couple links that show how the costume compares.
