Choose the Best Teen Titans Episode: Finals

Okay, Lightspeed won. The poll isn't over, but there is no way that The End I and For Real can catch up.

This is it. Apprentice part II vs. Haunted vs. Lightspeed.

My pick is Haunted.

Apprentice part II .

My all time favorite, it has a very serious tone and its just a great episode, show the simularities and differances between Slade and Robin.

Apprentice: Part II had some of the best fights of the show's history, drama, and unfortunately a rather implausible (though not nearly so much as the ensuing finales) resolution.

Haunted was intense and brutal, featuring Slade at his best, though on the other hand another somewhat weak resolution and an unresolved (however creepy) mystery at the end.

Lightspeed doesn't shine in any particular area as much as the others, but then again has no real weaknesses to speak of, either.

All three are of course excellent. I'm going with Apprentice.

I voted for 'Haunted'. It managed to showcase each of the Titans in some way, while still giving us a dark and gripping episode:

We see Cyborg's mature, calm, take control demeanour when Robin goes AWOL.

We see Raven displaying a new power, while at the same time showing us her link with Robin.

We see Starfire's protectiveness and belief in Robin, but we also see a side of her that is rarely seen; the side that does what is necassary when called upon, when she blasts a raving Robin in the back.

And Beast Boy... he's a waste of time in this episode, and the only weak link. If we had seen some reference from him to Terra (considering that the last time he saw Slade was also the last time he saw her), then this would be even closer to being perfect.

As it is, it's ****9/10 out of five.

This is the toughest decision ever...

All of them are great in their own right. Apprentice II is the most pleasing Titan finale, Haunted is the best serious and dramatic episode of the series, and Lightspeed is charming and funny.

But the biased Jinx, Kid Flash, HIVE fangirl in me won out in the end. I'm tossing a vote over to Lightspeed.

The Flash is my favorite character of all time, so Im going to omit 'lightspeed' for that reason alone. plus the actual 'titans" never appear in the episode!

All three were great, but I chose Apprentice as being barely better than Haunted.
