A few episodes ago, an underwater school teacher was sent out to do some teaching...things, like pirating cable. She was never found. Later, they recovered a magical box-thingy with an audio message, presumably from Debbie:

Voice 1:Oh, crap, oh, crap, oh crap, oh crap on a crap cracker!
V2:I'm gonna get you black debbie!
V1:Safe!
V2:Debbie! Black Debbie!
V1: that's me! Hachachachacha! Delcious!

Mysterious 3rd voice: And with a quick twist, little orphan annie snapped mean Mr. Balkner's neck, leaving his limp corpse strewn among the rest of the boarding house's inhabitants. Annie began to sing: You don't always have to f...*Static*

Since then, the board-of-people-who-decide-what-things-are-dangerous have set off a campaign to forever destroy little magic box-thingys and red-haired orphans.
