For kicks I thought it might be cool to show the same drawing at various diffrent points along the completion cycle. I'll start with posting this unfinished drawing.
This is a charecter I made up for a story that's been floating around in my mind for almost two years now. She's kind of a what some people might call a tomboy, but she also has alot of grace and regality.
I'll be back later with a more complete drawing. You know less sloppy lines, better shadows/reflections, etc.

Can you check the link IR? I've pasted it directly in my browser and got nada. It could be my PC as my connection is a bit odd, but it says it can't link to that page.
Is it just me?

Pretty cool, but it looks as if her spine is missing some bones.

There you go SJJ.
And I think Conekiller may be right...more than one person has told me that the anatomy is off. But I'm still going to keep going with it.

Got it working. It was the PC I was on - my lovely laptop has no problems. Yeah, there are a few spinal to groin issues there. The top half is really good. Take from the breast upwards and it's really strong, but that is a difficult perspective to master there. I hope you can do some remedies as it has a lot of potential.

I see what the problem is.
Under the arm that's holding the sword, see how the back tapers into the armpit? it shouldn't do that, it should keep going up in the arc it started from the waist. Fix that and she should look like she's standing firm, but her upper body is slouching at the weight of the sword.

A more cleaned up version...

I tried to define what was going on a bit more. Thought it was obvious, but a few people have told me that I was wrong.
