Which cartoon or cartoons do you get the most requests for in trades? Without a doubt, for me, it's Mouse Cleaning, followed very, very closely by Porky's Romance. I can understand Mouse Cleaning, but it's surprising to me that so many people ask for Porky's Romance. I know it has the hanging scene and all, but I'm really surprised how few people have this, especially after it aired on CN last year.

Well, mine are the FOX & CROW cartoons (which I love)I got from Jerry Beck. The thirteen in the current rotation either came from me or Nelson.
The second largely requested cartoons out of my collection are my Harveytoons (which I also love, I haven't seen one I didn't at least like).
But if you want a character list, here's who get requested the most out of my collection (in no order):
The Fox & Crow
Woody Woodpecker
Andy Panda
Chilly Willy
Buzzy the Crow
Herman & Katnip
Baby Huey
Little Audrey
Noveltoons

My most requested cartoons are my Lantz cartoons, probably because they're so hard to find based on previous ultra-selective airplay.
As far as actual cartoons go, I think just about everybody has asked for my near perfect print of "Song Of The South" :) ....

When I do trading with others here at the TTTP, many want copies of either Daffy/Speedy cartoons or Heckle & Jeckle...
Most requested titles:

"Tom Tom Tomcat" - Tweety & Sylvester
"The Daffy Duckaroo" - Daffy Duck
"The Oily American"
"Daffy's Southern Exposure"
and for some un-Godly reason:

People mainly ask me for the Disney wartime toons, but there will be no need for trading those anymore since they'll be coming out on DVD. :D

Actually, Lisle, I have to agree with you on "Nuts and Volts." I've never seen that one and would be willing to trade just about anything for a copy of that cartoon.

Hey, NELSON!
(Yaas, you!)
You refer to
"Attack Of The Killer Gorilla -Willoughby Wren/Color Rhaposdies..."
This is actually CARNIVAL COURAGE. It's an example of a cartoon that was retitled for Totally Tooned In.
You also call DIXIE DAYS the most racist cartoon ever made. Yikes. Give DIXIE DAYS a few positive points, won't you, for showing a black guy socking the white villain with an iron ball and sending him over a waterfall to his doom? It's not as negative as a lot of the racist cartoons, even if in many ways it's just as stereotypical.
On a totally different note, Nelson, next week I'll be on holiday at my parents' home in the USA. Please mail me privately at my new home e-mail address: ramapith@mail.dk — as I hope to coax you into mailing me a few tapes while I'm there. (Gulp.)
David
