Mine are:

Terry McGinnis' brother from Batman Beyond, because he's such a pest, and he constantly makes fun of Terry and gets him into trouble.

Patrick Star from SpongeBob Squarepants, because this guy is a fat, pink, annoying loser who gets everyone into trouble, and he is dumb as dirt.

Harold (the big fat guy) from Hey Arnold, he's thirteen years old and he's in fourth grade. He is a sissy whose favorite thing to do is to make fun of peope and then cry to his mommy when he is scared. He robbed a store and stole ham, which his religion forbids eating, just because he was hungry. You can't get worse than this, folks.

Babidi, from DBZ. His laugh is annoying and he's a scheming jerk of a weakling. But hey, he's already dead, Piccolo killed him. Yay! :D

Wesley Crusher from Star Trek the Next Generation and Neelix from Voyager. Why? Cuz they were annoying!

-Tim Taylor's (Tim Allen's) wife, kids, neighbor and co-workers from "Home Improvement". I (bleep)ing hated that show. Tim Taylor was just an innocent guy, an average joe who had some problems, but the way everybody made fun of him and made him out to be an idiot non compare, I felt for the guy. I've been brow-beaten, and so has he. I've wanted revenge on those who have tortured me, and I have written several alternate endings for the final episode of "Home Improvement" (none appropriate for the board). I just don't like seeing people get made fun of, because it reminds me of my painful past.

-Actually, come to think of it, if you're a character on a TV show and you make fun of the father, you automatically qualify for a beating. When I see dads being made fun of on sitcoms, I feel they're making fun of my dad (who died of a heart attack 7 years ago this April). My dad was a fine, decent upstanding man. You blitz a dad on TV, you're tarnishing the name of my father.

Yeah, Wesley was terrible. Wheaton leaving the show was the best thing to happen to it. He's on my list. I disagree on Neelix though.

Basically any precocious kids added for cuteness factor, and comic relief characters that aren't effective.

And if we're allowed to do movies, the General dude from Final Fantasy: TSW.

Mandark form Dexter's Lab. A cheating, pilfering, nerd of a so-called genius who has even less common sense than Dexter (if that is possible).

One thing most of these people have in common: Their voices SUCK!

Spike's chip= plot device used as plausible reason for why Spike became a regular cast member. I mean, without it, you're basically looking at a sort of "Blast! My dastardly scheme is again foiled by the Scooby Gang!" routine. A crappy plot, but I can't think of a better one, can you?

Ew.....I can't think of one person who really liked Riley. Not only is his face bland, but his character is too, and their relationship was rushed so much that it was fairly obvious they were trying to make the viewers forget about Angel.

I'll probably be shot for saying this, but I actually liked Jar Jar. Yeah, his slapstick routines were slightly overdone but Obi Wan and the others were so grim throughout that a bit of light relief was needed. ( Neeson and McGreggor's characters just didn't have the same spark that made the original trilogy's line up such a joy to watch )
Young Anakin on the other hand was the most annoying kid in movie history and really got on my nerves.
Thankfully, he's much older in the next one.

The Rocket Power cast is shallow and immature. The only so-called "cool" thing about that show is their wierd language, but that's meant to impress little kids. I hate that show.

The Wild Thornberries- what in the world happened to their lips? They are oval! The characters are positively ugly!

I just thought of some people I'd like to add to my list. Has anyone heard of that PBS show "Zoom?" My sister watches it occasionally and I can't stand it! I really hate that one girl on there named Caroline or Carolyn, something like that...Her voice is so squeaky. And the fat kid on there wears a shirt that looks like a girl's shirt...

Never watched it and never wanted to. While The Final Fantasy games are pretty cool to play and have a semi-decent plot, their characters are ALWAYS (and I DO mean always) left in the dust.
