I was hoping someone here would be able to help me. I've been desperately looking everywhere for a waistcoat akin to the Joker's turquoise one from 1989's Batman film. However, I'm not all too sure it is infact a waistcoat, as it's double-breasted and fastens at the stomach, while waistcoats fasten at the chest. Also, what's the name of the longish-type bowtie (the blue, polka-dot one) he wears throughout the film? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :)
